高级测试工程师（Senior Test Engineer）

1.参与新项目开发阶段可靠性测试标准的评估与制定Participateintheevaluationandformulationofreliabilityteststandardsinthedevelopmentstageofthenewprojects.2.对新产品特性、功能、性能等参数制定有效验证标准与测试方法；
Establisheffectiveverificationstandardsandtestmethodsforthecharacteristics,functions,performanceofthenewproducts.3.对可靠性测试数据进行分析及风险评估，提出产品改进意见或建议；
Analysisandriskassessmentoftestdata,putforwardthesuggestionsforproductimprovementifthereisanyrisk.4.对测试相关问题的跟进，配合设计工程师及其他相关部门参与异常改善，确保新产品能够顺利通过试产并进入量产阶段；
Followupthetestissues,cooperatewithDEandotherrelevantdepartmentstoparticipateinabnormalimprovement,ensurethenewproductcanbepasspilotrunandMPsmoothly.5.对电子变压器/电感器及汽车电子等行业各测试标准要求的收集、更新，并转化为内部标准；
Collectandupdatethetestingstandardoftransformer/inductorandelectronicproducts,thentransformitintoourinternalstandards.6.根据测试标准编制/优化具体的测量操作指引，为内部实验室测试人员提供指导；
Formulateandoptimizethespecificoperationguidelinesaccordingtoteststandard,andprovidetechnicalguidanceforlabtester.7.为新产品开发提供详细的可靠性测试计划与实际数据报告；
Providethedetailedreliabilitytestplanandtestreportfornewproductdevelopment.8.根据产品需求和研发设计规格等统筹研发验证方案；
不断学习和优化验证方法，完善内部检验规范；
Accordingtotheproductrequirementsanddesignspecificationstodevelopverificationprogram;constantlylearnandoptimizetheverificationmethod,improvetheinternalinspectionspecification.9.对样品室的相关检测设备/仪器的管理；
Managementoftestingequipment/instrumentsinsamplelab.10.完成上级交办的其他任务;Completetheothertasksassignedbyleader.任职资格要求/JobRequirement:1.专科及以上学历电子电气相关专业，具有3年以上电子变压器或电源产品测试工作经验.Collegedegreeorabove,majorinelectronicsandelectrical,withmorethan3yearsoftestingexperienceinelectronictransformerorpowersupply.2.熟悉电子变压器及电源产品行业测试标准，熟练操作相关测试仪器、以及简易障碍处理；
Familiarwithtransformerandpowerindustryteststandards,canskillfullyoperatetherelevanttester,aswellassimplefaulthandling.3.熟悉汽车电子产品可靠性测试标准，能够进行检测方案的制定与评估，具有MSA数据分析能力；
Familiarwithautomotiveelectronicreliabilityteststandard,abletomakeandevaluatetestscheme,withMSAdataanalysisability.4.熟悉IATF16949/AECQ-20/IEC61558/IEC60664等体系的测试相关标准要求；
FamiliarwithIATF16949/AECQ-20/IEC61558/IEC60664testingstandards.5.良好的英语书写能力；
能熟练操作Office、CAD等办公软件；
GoodreadingandwritingEnglishlevel,abletooperatetheCADandotherofficesoftware.6．较强的沟通能力和理解能力，原则性强，有责任心，工作积极主动；Havestrongcommunicationandunderstandingability,strongprinciple,senseofresponsibility,workactively.
