/Mission任务Toassurethefunctionandimprovementofthemassproductionline.保证生产线批量生产的功能和改进Beresponsibleforpreventivemaintenanceofequipmentsandfacility负责设备&设施的预防性保养和维护3/Mainresponsibilities主要责任 1.Toassurethedefinition,modificationandimprovementforproductioninprocess，includingfixture,jig.确保生产中工艺过程的定义、调整和提高，包括防错夹具治具。2.Todothelayoutandlocationofnewprocessintheplant.负责车间布局及新工序的安排。3.Toassurethepreventivemaintenanceequipments,includingmechanicalandelectricalmalfunction.确保预防性的维护，包括机械和电气故障。4.Totraintheoperatorsaboutprocessrequirements.就各项工艺要求培训操作工。5.TocontributetotheVPSimplementation&improvementbyusingIE&VSAtool.利用IE以及VSA工具配合VPS进行精益生产工作的执行及改进。6.Toberesponsibleforproductionlinelayoutanddisplayboardinstallation.负责生产线布局和展示板的设置及优化。7.Toapply,promoteandimproveSMEDindailyactivities负责组织实施及推进快速换模。8.TocontributetheP1processdefinitionaswellastheprocessvalidation（includingDFMEA,FMEA&ControlPlan）accordingtothePVP.根据PVP对P1项目(包括失效模式分析以及控制计划)进行工艺编制及确认。9.Tomonitorsafetyissueandimproverelevantissuesinplanttomakesuresafetyenvironmentforoperation.
