1 IsresponsibleformanagingQualityManagementSystematCompanylevel,andforitscompliancewithinternationalstandards,asdefinedbyManagement(ISO9001,IATF16949,ISO14001,…)2 PreparesandtakecareofGlobalQualityManualandCorporateprocedures(updates,…)3 Organizeexternalaudit.Ismaincontactpointforcertificationbodies4 Manageinternalaudit:planningofaudits,collectingreports,trackingactionplans.IsinchargeofcoordinatingCorporateauditsatgloballevel5 CollectsKPIsfrimeachprocess.Collectsandverifyprocessfilesfromeachprocessowner6 PreparesandmanagesManagementreviewsforHuizhou,incoordinationwithHuizhouQualityDirector.PreparesandmanagesCorporateManagementreviewifrequested7 IsresponsibleformanaginglocalHuizhouspecificdocumentationforQualitysystem8 TakescareoforganizingQualitysystemcustomerauditsinHuizhousite,coordinatetheactionplanandfeedbacktocustomers9 Takecareofproductcertificationaudits(forCCCorothers).MakessurethattheorganizationinplaceiscompliantwithCCCrequirements10 TakecareofCSR(CustomerSpecificRequirements).MakessurethatCSRsarereviewedbytherelevantstakeholdersthroughENOVIA.Collectandsummarizesthefeedback,tobesharedwithcustomers
