Jobdescription:'- ProvideMonthlyleveledcapacityplantothePMCteamwithinDGDK- CommunicatewithoverseasofficeviaDemandteamforforecastandPOconfirmation- Prioritizeandadjustproductiontoalignwithmarketneeds- Feedbacklooponcross-departmentsinoverseas,localofficesandPMC- ParticipatemonthlyIndustrialS&OPreviewswithOperationsandGroupSupplyChain- Analyzemetrics,KPI’sandsalesrecordsregularlyforat-riskandad-hocproductstoensureweachievethecorrectstockmixwithinallmarkets- Evaluatebottlenecksandopportunitiestoimprovesupplyavailability- HandlePhaseinPhaseoutandensurereductionofobsoletematerialsbyworkingcloselywithinternalstakeholderswithinDGDK- Communicatewithmarketsifanyorder/shipmentchanges- WorkdirectlywithCustomersfordirectshipmentsmadeandensureallinstructionsarefollowedstrictly- MaintainingControlreportsasrequestedbyPlanningManagers- ConfirmallCommercialForecastrequests,basedonstockavailabilityinthepresentandprojectedinthefuture.ChangestoforecastshouldbemanagedinatimelymannerandinlinewiththeCFEXprojecttimelines.- ManageallworkflowsforCorrections,ExtrasandRecoveries- Manageallworkflowsforstockownerchanges'Requirement:Essential- Bachelor’sdegreeinBusinessAdministration,SupplyChainorequivalent- Atleast2years’experienceinprocurementorplanning- Knowledgeofmanufacturingprocesses- Abletoworkunderpressureoftightscheduleandindependently- FluentinbothwrittenandspokenEnglishandMandarin- Teamplayerandwillingtolearn- AdvanceduseronExcelAdvantageous:- SAPAPOexperience- UnderstandingofplanningactivitiesfromFinishedgoodstoMaterialswithinmanufacturingsites.
