研发技术主管（吸尘器）

AreasofResponsibility1.Beresponsibleforproduct’stechnicalmanagement,focusonNPD/NSD.负责公司产品的技术管理工作，特别是NPD/NSD项目。2.Understandthestrategyandbusinessplan,participateinthedevelopmentofproductroadmap,makingtheProductDescriptionaftermarketing,customersandcompetitors’analysis.理解公司的战略与业务规划，参与制定产品的路线图，基于对市场、用户、竞品的分析，形成产品规格书(PD)，并推动产品开发。3.Cooperatewithcrossdepartments(PM/ID/Marketing/SQE…)andODM/OEM,fullyinvolvedinthedevelopmentofNPD/NSD,LeadinginternaldesignerteamtomakesuretheSPECisreasonableandachieveprojecttarget.与跨职能团队协作，包括但不限于项目管理，产品营销，研发与工业设计，制造与采购，品质管理及OEM/ODM，深度参与从概念到量产的新品开发过程中，带领研发小组确保产品成功、且最终产品符合最初确定的产品需求定义并达成项目目标。4.CooperatewithSalesteamandmarketingteam,givingprofessionaldeliveryinsalesstrategyandproductplan.与销售和市场团队协作，共同讨论确定产品营销策略与产品上市计划，为销售和市场营销提供支持。5.Monitortheinformationfrommarketingsideandcustomer,providingthekeytechnicalfactsinmanagingtheproductlifecycle.监控分析产品市场表现和用户反馈，从技术方面提出并推动落实产品生命周期的管理建议。AreasofCompetences1.ExperiencedonCreosoftware.熟练应用Creo软件。2.ExperiencedonCommercial/ConsumerVacproducts,constructionsandkeydimensions熟悉商用/家用吸尘器，对产品有深入的理解。3.Experiencedthecontentofproductdevelopmentphilosophy.熟悉相关的产品开发理念。4.Excellentlogicalandcriticalthinking,goodatdataanalysisandpresentationskills.优秀的逻辑与批判性思维，善于进行数据分析并具有较好的演讲能力。5.Excellentcommunicationskillsandtheabilitytounderstandothers(especiallywithengineers).良好的沟通技巧与倾听理解他人的能力（尤其面对工程技术人员）。6.Strongprojectmanagementability,havingtheexperienceofexternaladvancedsuppliercooperationtechnology,productdevelopmentispreferred.有较强的项目管理能力，有外部先进供应商合作技术、产品开发经验者优先。7.Productmanagementexperienceinoverseasmarketispreferred.有海外市场产品管理工作经验者优先。8.UnderstandVacteststandardandmethod,especiallyIEC60335Series.了解相应的测试标准和测试方法，特别是IEC60335系列。9.ExcellentEnglishwritten/read/listen/speakability,enabletohostEnglishmeetings.
