Job Description1. Working with the relevant VS Engineer conduct full validation testing according to Product test plan and Customer requirements to ensure the specifications are achieved for the finished products, components与部门工程师合作，根据产品测试计划和客户要求进行全面验证测试，以确保成品、组件达到规格2. Develop, document and validate work instructions for all tests performed in the VS Laboratory为实验室中执行的所有测试制定、记录和验证工作说明3. Design and validate new test methods as required根据需要设计和验证新的测试方法4. Specify and develop test fixtures with Suppliers 与供应商一起指定和开发测试夹具5. Working with the relevant Team Members (VS, R&D, QM, PE, Quality Owner, etc) investigate, analyze and establish root cause of defects found during testing and make recommendations for corrective actions 与相关团队成员（VS、R&D、QM、PE、质量负责人等）合作调查、分析和确定测试过程中发现的缺陷的根本原因，并提出纠正措施的建议6. Write and issue test reports 编写并出具测试报告7. Support and train the Laboratory Technicians in the use of new methods, techniques and equipment 支持和培训实验室技术人员使用新方法、技术和设备8. Manage the samples in the laboratory, and organize technicians to clean up the expired samples regularly 管理实验室样品，定期组织技术人员清理过期样品9. Minimum 5 years solid work experience in Small Household appliances test or similar technical position 至少 5 年小家电测试或类似技术职位的工作经验6. Be familiar with international standard of IEC60335 -1 and 60335-2-3/9/13/14/15, UL1082, 982 etc 熟悉IEC60335-1和60335-2-3/9/13/14/15、UL1082、982等国际标准7. An understanding of ISO17025 would be an advantage 了解 ISO17025 更佳8. Good verbal and written English (need to report and meeting with English). 良好的英语口头和书面英语（需要用英语报告和会面）。9.
