POS Analyst - POS分析师

工作职责：POS Technical Support Analyst is responsible for providing level III troubleshooting and analysis for the Point of Sale applications in multiple environments. POS Technical Support Analyst have the responsibility in reviewing the incidents, analysis of customer/store issues, and assessing the severity and triage of the incidents to ensure that they get the information to the correct group for resolution.1. Provide Excellent Troubleshooting Skills2. Manage incident resolution from analyze to resolution 3. Responsible to ensure acceptable availability of all supported applications4. Represent Technical services on strategic projects and perform assigned tasks per project plans.5. Assist in building and maintaining the technical components of applications.6. Ability to manage resolution of critical off hour production support issues including the coordination of other required IT Teams as well as status reports and other communication to business users as needed.任职资格：1. Advanced Application and Systems Troubleshooting Skills2. 1+ years SQL experience with some Oracle experience3. Ability to read and understand JAVA logs required4. Scripting language experience (ie: Perl, Shell)5. 1+ year Linux experience6.
