Responsibilities:1. Schedule and order materials needs based on actual demand Purchasing Request, forecasting analyses on History , Sales forecast ,Lead time , etc.根据实际需求、采购需求、历史预测分析、销售预测、交货期等安排和订购物料需求。2.Once relevant purchase orders have been placed with suppliers ,following up the confirmed delivery schedule , shortage expediting ,backlog maintenance and be progressed on a regular basis until the required delivery is achieved.一旦向供应商下了相关的采购订单，跟进确认的交货计划、缺货催交、积压维护，并定期进行，直到达到要求的交货期.3.Buyer must make sure and be responsible for materials On Time Deliveries. If any demand cannot be fulfilled on time the potential impact on production must be check and resolved. The Buyer should on a regular basis monitor the performance of their suppliers and take any required action against suppliers with a poor performance record.买方必须确保并负责按时交货。如果任何需求不能按时满足，必须检查并解决对生产的潜在影响。买方应定期监督其供应商的表现，并对表现不佳的供应商采取任何必要的行动。4.Liaise with other departments to ensure that the correct material is being purchased in line with required specification and to identify possible alternative materials.与其他部门联络，确保采购的材料符合要求的规格，并确定可能的替代材料。5.Serve as liaison between suppliers and quality department, ensure supporting quality departments on any supplier related quality problem or concern, participate the MRB materials communications and following up with suppliers 。.作为供应商和质量部门之间的联络人，确保质量部门对任何与供应商有关的质量问题或问题给予支持，参与MRB物料的沟通和供应商的跟进。6.Coordinate with Planning team for maintaining appropriate inventory levels.与计划团队协调保持适当的库存水平。任职要求：1.Excellent PC Skills, including MS office, Excel.优秀的电脑操作技能，包括微软办公软件。2.English skills both written, reading, Oral is a prefer.英语听说读写能力优先。3.Good attitude, team player, good sense of urgency, certain level of time management skills.良好的工作态度，团队合作精神，紧迫感强，有一定的时间管理能力。 【联系我时，请说是在 【聘聘】微信小程序上看到的，谢谢！】 注：本站相关图片或视频等素材、信息，由相应企业提供及上传，如有争议请联络本站客服删除。
