Sourcing Manager 采购经理

任职要求： 1. 大专及以上学历； 2. 10年以上玩具行业采购工作经验； 3. 英语口语流利，可与法国总部及美国/英国/德国/西班牙分公司交流沟通;3. 熟悉DIY化工玩具、儿童化妆品、毛绒、电子、塑胶以及五金玩具等产品； 4. 熟悉新供应商开发及管理流程、价格谈判能力、应变能力、较强沟通表达能力，思维敏捷，抗压性与责任心； 工作内容： 1. 独立开发筛选合作供应商，并负责协商采购交易条件； 2. 负责新项目新样品的开发及供应商选型，打样询价及资料收集，协调公司外部资源对产品开发的支持； 3. 负责产品物料供应商合作的资质调查、审厂考察审验组织、合同签订管理； 4. 督促研发和生产所需物料，确保在规定时间内按量按质完成； 5. 物料异常的及时处理，以确保生产正常运作； 6. 每周做好采购开发计划，与总公司及各分司沟通汇报； 7. 执行上级临时安排的其他工作事项。Job Requirements: 1. College degree or above; 2. At least 10 years purchasing experience in toy industry; 3. Fluent in Oral English, able to communicate with headquarters in France and branches in USA/UK/Germany/Spain; Familiar with DIY chemical toys, children's cosmetics, plush, electronic, plastic and hardware toys, etc. 4. Familiar with new supplier development and management process, price negotiation ability, adaptability, strong communication skills, quick thinking, pressure tolerance and sense of responsibility; Job Description: 1. Independently developed and screened cooperative suppliers, and negotiated purchase and transaction conditions; 2. Responsible for the development of new projects and new samples, supplier selection, sample making, inquiry and data collection, coordinating the company's external resources to support product development; 3. Responsible for product and material supplier cooperation qualification investigation, factory inspection and inspection organization, contract signing management; 4. Supervise r&d and production of materials required to ensure the completion of quantity and quality within the specified time; 5. Timely deal with abnormal materials to ensure normal production operation; 6. Made weekly purchasing and development plans, communicated and reported with the head office and each division; 7.
