区域销售经理

销售产品未工程大型机械，薪资架构为底薪加提成。1Undertheleadershipandsupervisionoftheleadertofulfilltheworkrequirementsonaregularbasis,andcanindependentlyhandleandsolvethesalesworkintheresponsiblearea;在上级的领导和监督下定期完成工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责区域的销售工作；
2Manageandmaintaingoodcustomerrelationship,completesalestarget;管理和维护好客户关系，完成销售任务；
3Knowofandinvestigatecustomerneedsandpurchasewishes,introducetheadvantagesandfeaturesofourproducts;了解和发掘客户需求及购买愿望，介绍自己产品的优点和特色；
4Provideprofessionalproductconsultingservicestocustomers;对客户提供专业的产品咨询服务；
5Collectinformationofpotentialcustomers,conductregularinvestigationandreturnvisittocustomergroups;收集潜在客户资料，对客户群体定期进行调查，回访；
6Collectionofaccountsreceivable应收帐款的回笼。Bachelordegreeorabove,majorinengineering,geotechnicalengineeringorconstructionmachineryindustrybackgroundispreferred;本科及以上学历，工科相关专业，岩土工程和工程机械行业背景优先；
Atleast6yearsworkingexperienceinmachinesales,excellentperformanceispreferred;6年以上销售行业工作经验，业绩突出者优先；
Extroversion,quickresponse,strongexpressionability,strongcommunicationskillsandcommunicationskills,affinity性格外向、反应敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力；
CET-4orabove,ComparativelyskilledEnglishverbalcommunication,readingandwritingability.具备英语4级及以上语言能力，Basiccomputerskills,familiarwithofficesoftware.基本电脑操作能力，办公软件使用熟练。Beresponsibleforwork,abletoworkunderpressure,followtheleader'sworkarrangement.
有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力，听从领导得工作安排。
