KeyResponsibilities:• Leaddailyshopfloorqualityassuranceactivities.• Leaddailyqualityperformanceindicatorreview,resolvingissuesthroughfastresponseactions.• Facilitatecontinuousimprovementactivitiestoreducepotentialdefects.• Responsibleformanagingnon-conformancecontainmentandcorrectiveactions(CAR,NCMR).• Leadproblemidentification,prioritysetting,5W2Hactionplans.• Leadrootcauseanalysisproblemsolvingapplying5-Whyanalysisandqualitytools.• Supportcustomerqualityissueanalysis,implementingrobustpermanentcorrectiveactions.• ConductLPAauditswithrespecttostandards,workingwithcross-functionalteammembers.• Leadthedevelopment,optimisationandauditofprocesscontrolplans.Requirements• MechanicalorElectricalEngineeringBachelor’sdegree,with5+yearsrelevantexperience• Skilledinadvancedproductqualityplanning(APQP)andqualitytools;PPAP,SPC,MSA,FMEA.• Experiencedinproblemsolvingandcontinuousimprovementtools;8D,5-Why,DOE,SixSigma.• Strongpracticalexperience,knowledgeofmanufacturingsystemsandprocesstechnologies.• Goodinterpersonalcommunicationskills.• FluencyinEnglishandChinese.• Worklocation:Shenzhen/Jiangmen,China(5daysstation,withCompanyhostelandtransportation).主要职责:领导车间日常质量保证活动。领导日常质量绩效指标的评审，通过快速响应措施解决问题。•促进持续改进活动以减少潜在缺陷。•负责管理不符合控制和纠正措施(CAR,NCMR)。•发现问题，设定优先级，制定5W2H行动计划。运用5-Why分析和质量工具进行根本原因分析和问题解决。支持客户质量问题分析，实施稳健的永久性纠正措施。与跨职能团队成员合作，根据标准进行LPA审核。•领导过程控制计划的开发、优化和审核。需求机械或电气工程学士学位，5年以上相关工作经验•熟练掌握先进的产品质量计划(APQP)和质量工具;Ppap,spc,msa,fmea。有解决问题和持续改进工具的经验;8D,5-Why,DOE,6Sigma。•丰富的实践经验，了解制造系统和工艺技术。良好的人际沟通能力。流利的英语和中文。
•工作地点:中国深圳/江门(5天，公司宿舍和交通)。
