General概述Carryoutallengineeringsupportatvendorsontheproductdevelopmentanddebugtomeettheproductspecificationsandaestheticrequirements.SpecificResponsibilities工作职责：01、Toworkwithvendorsandheadquarterontheproductdesigntohitthetargetcost.02、Tocarryoutproductdevelopment,engineering,anddebugtomeetproductspecificationsandaestheticrequirements.03、Tohandletheconsignedmaterial,andspecialcomponentssourcingandcostnegotiation.04、Toprovidetechnicalsupportanddebugasneededonconsignedmaterials.05、Toprovidesupporttointernalgroupsonanyproductionoutputissuesandmaterialauthorizationreview.06、Tomonitorthescheduleandprovideon-sitesupportfromdevelopmentstarttoOBS.07、ToprovidemanufacturingsupportasneededafterProductionstart.RequiredQualifications&Experience任职资格及经验要求：01、DegreeorHigherDiplomainEngineeringorrelateddiscipline.02、Atleast5yearsexperiencesinthe(Hard/SoftToys)industry.03、Hasknowledgeinthe(Hard/SoftToys)industrystandardsfordifferentcountries.04、Abletoworkfromconceptdrawingthroughdevelopmentuntilproduction.
05、CommunicationsskillsinbothEnglishandMandarin.
