职位概要(Jobsummary):Workingwithinacrossfunctionalteaminacollaborativeandengagingmanner,supporttheNPIprogramsbydevelopingnewprocessesandleadthetransferofthenewproductstomassproduction.工作职责(Responsibilities):1.Toenablenewproductstobesuccessfullytransferredtomassproduction,useleantechniquesandtoolsinthedevelopmentofmanufacturingprocessesandtoolingformedicaldevices.2.ParticipateandcontributeintheDFMandPFMEAprocessestoensurethatnewproductsarerobustformanufacture&assembly.3.Performprocessverificationandvalidationtrialstodetermineandevaluateprocessrepeatability&stabilityfornewproducts.4.DevelopWorkinstructions,processflowlayoutsandcarryoutoperatortrainingasandwhenrequired.5.ProvidevisibilitytoSnrNPIEngineerofandH&Sandtechnicalissuesthatcouldinhibitmassproductionandescalateanyotherissuesasappropriate.6.Toensureproductquality,yieldandcycletimesarewithinexpectation,Overseeandleadtherequirementsforanysamplebuilds.7.CoordinateandfacilitateproductionreadinessreviewsinlinewithQuasarsNPIprocess.8.AnyothertasksassignedbytheSnrNPIEngineer.任职资格(Qualification):1.AcollegedegreeinEngineering,Science,manufacturingorarelatedsubject.2.3years’experienceoflaunchingnewproductsintomanufacture.3.Goodunderstandingintheuseofleanandqualitytoolsinamanufacturingenvironment.4.ExperiencedatusingAuto-cad,MSOffice,MSOutlookandMSTEAMSplatforms/packages.5.Excellentinterpersonal,communicationProblemsolving,Analyticalandlateralthinkingskills.6.Knowledgeofmaterialsandmanufacturingprocesses,asusedinmedicalproductswouldbeadvantageous.7.ExcellentlevelofEnglish,bothwrittenandverbal.
