5.Productiontroubleshooting,maintainsmoothlyproductionrunning6.Leanand6sigmaprojectdevelopment,qualityandcostimprovement7.Leadandcoachsubordinate8.OtherjobassignedbymanagerQUALIFICATIONS&COMPETENCES1.Collegeeducationorabove,Mechanical/Industrialengineeringbackgroundispreferred;2.above5yearsPCBAindustryprocessormanufacturingengineeringexperience;Batterypackproductexperienceispreferred；
3.BeskillfulatAutoCADandMSofficesoftware.BegoodatreadingandwritteninEnglish；4.Familiarwithqualityandindustrialengineeringtoolsapplication,forexample,6sigma/Fish-bone/5why/PFMEA/DFM,quickresponsetoproductionissuesolution..
