JobResponsibilities• LeadingQAteam• Assessingcustomerrequirementsandestablishqualitystandardstosupplierandinspectionteam.• Determinestheobjectives,targetsandgoalsforQAteam• Monthlycommunicationofteamactivities,progressandcontinuousimprovementsofsupplierperformance• Ensuringmanufacturingprocessescomplywithcompanystandardsatbothnationalandinternationallevel• PerformthesamefunctionalactivitiesasQA• Investigating,analyzingandsolvingproblemswithsuppliers• Monitorthechangeandimprovementinperformanceandqualityofsuppliers• Recording,analyzinganddistributingstatisticalinformation• SupervisinglabtestingandstaffperformanceJobRequirements• Bechelor’sdegreerequired• 5years’oraboveexperienceofquality/engineerexperiencespreferredinpaperpackagingindustry• Atleasthave3years’experienceinsupplierqualityengineer(SQE)oranequivalentcombinationofeducation,trainingorexperience• Strongcommunication,problemsolving,interpersonalandteam-workskills• Abilitytomanagemultipletasksandabletoworkunderpressure• Responsible,independentandsenseofurgency• GoodcommandofwrittenandspeakingEnglish,• Excellentcomputerskills工作内容• 领导QA团队• 评估客户要求，并为供应商和部门团队建立质量标准• 确定QA团队的宗旨和目标• 至少每个月跟团队沟通一次工作流程以确保符合国家和国际的标准• 记录、调查、分析和解决与供应商的问题• 监控供应商在质量方面的变化和改进• 监督实验室测试和下属的绩效• 负责协办完成其他临时指派的工作仼职要求• 大学毕业，英语程度达CET-4级或以上• 5年以上质量管理或工程经验，有纸品包装行业经验者优先考虑• 至少3年供应商质量工程师(SQE)工作经验，或有同等学历与培训/经验相结合者会考虑• 良好的沟通能力，解决问题能力，人际关系和团队合作能力• 能够管理多项任务，并能在压力下工作。• 负责任、独立和高效准确地完成紧急任务• 精通普通话
