Responsibility1)Leadacross-functionalteamtosolveimpedimentswhetherindesign,material,orprocesstosuccessfullyreachmassproductionwithintherequiredschedule.Supporttransferactivity领导一个跨职能团队，解决在设计，物料或制程中的各种问题，以便在要求的时间内，可以实现正式批量生产。对各种项目转移活动,提供支持。2)Makeprojecttimeline,basedoncustomeraswellasinternal4Mrequirements,thatprovideaclearandconcisepictureontherelevanttasks,theirtiming,dependenciesandoutput,againstwhichallprojectactivitiescanbemanaged在客户和内部4M要求基础上，制作项目计划时间表，确保项目计划在相关任务分配，时间，管理及输出上要提供一个清晰，简洁的图景，以便所有的项目活动能够被有效管理。3)Obtainallnecessarytechnicalinformationfromcustomerand/orgroup’sdesignofficeasappropriateandclarifydetailsonmodel’sdesignandrequirementsupfront从客户或集团的设计团队处获取所有必要的技术信息，并能详细阐述模型的设计和要求4)Trackallactionsitems,whetherinternalteamactivitiesorcustomerprerequisites,astheyariseoverthecourseoftheprojectandmanagetheirpromptandpropercompletionagainsttheoverallprojectplan跟踪项目过程中出现的无论是内部或是客户端的行动计划,并根据整体项目计划,跟进落实进展状况,确保项目能按时按完成5)SetupstrategicplanforPMteam;monitorandimproveindividualPMperformance.建立PM团队的战略计划;监督和改善个人PM绩效。6)AssisttodevelopPMworkflowtosuitGrouplevelapplication.协助开发PM工作流程以适应集团层面的应用。Requirement1)Minimum10yearstechnicalworkexperiencewith3ormoreyearsworkinginProgramManagementcapacity至少10年技术工作经验，3年或以上项目管理工作2)Mustbefamiliarwithelectronicmanufacturingoperation熟悉电子制造过程3)MusthavedegreeinElectronic,MechanicalorManufacturingEngineering有电子，机械或制造工程学位4)Mustbetechnicalexpertintheirarea在自己的领域是技术专家5)MusthavesignificantpriorexperiencelaunchingNewProductIntroductions有推导NPI的的经验6)Musthavegoodorganizationability良好的组织能力7)MustbeexpertinGanttchartsandotherProgramManagementTools:MicrosoftProject,BaseCamp,orJira熟练运用甘特图表和其它项目管理工具如：MicrosoftProject,BaseCamp,orJira8)MustadheretoISO9001/IATF16949/ISO13485/AS9100standards
